Hi everyone and a Happy Friday to you all!
I hope you are all keeping well and still happily crafting! I've had a bit of a lapse with my craftiness of late! My mojo seems to have decided to play 'hide and seek' and, for the life of me, I can't seem to seek it out! Don't you just hate it when that happens LOL.
Anyway, enough of my lack of creativeness ....... I'm hoping your creative juices are flowing at full speed as it's time for CHALLENGE 11 over on the Artbymiran Challenge Blog.
As always, it's ANYTHING GOES using a hand coloured image!
I apologise in advance, but this is a VERY HEAVY picture post!!! I have had the absolute pleasure of colouring up this little beauty from Mi Ran's new range of stamps in rubber, which can be found at the Whimsy Stamps store HERE. This particular image is called
CHAMPAGNE LUCY and you can find her HERE.
I made another tissue box for a very good friend of mine and I just had to colour up Champagne Lucy as she has a huge resemble to my lovely friend!
I coloured this darling image with Prismacolor Pencils to compliment my beautiful new digital papers from M R Design - called 'Autumn Shabby Blue'.
I attached lace, ribbon and pearls (from my stash) all along the top side of the box and a length of pearl string from the Hobby House, along the bottom side.
The butterflies and birthday quotes are from a kit I bought from Kanban many moons ago and of which I was thrilled to bits that they matched up perfectly with the colourway. I added a few more pearls to the butterfly and sentiment.
As I did with my other tissue box, which you can find HERE, I added a mini 'feather boa' around the top! I know, a feathery nose could be the outcome but, hey, it looks pretty heehee!!
Lastly, a little close up of the adorable Champagne Lucy in all her finery!
Well, I hope you managed to stay with me this far down and that you'll have a wander over to the Whimsy Store and check out these beautiful images! You can also find a huge array of adorable digital images, also by Mi Ran, on her Etsy site HERE.
I really hope you can join us again over this next two weeks in our Challenge. My DTeamies and our GDT have created some beautiful works of art to inspire you all and we look forward to seeing yours there too!

I have been trying to find an email contact so I could drop you a message Tracey but I cannot see one on your Blog. I am wondering if you made the tissue box or bought it? Just love this idea and would love to try it. Judy (Inkypinkydelights) x
